While he was here, I decided to have my oriental rug cleaned as well, so glad I did! I've had professional oriental rug cleaners do it before, and the baked in stains never came out.. but this time they did! Everything looks brand new, carpet pile has been lifted, all prior stains that were hard to remove are all gone. I would highly recommend John, so happy!"

Initial clean-up was started and included removal of a soaked bed and furniture as well as installation of commercial desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifiers, three floor vacuum mat systems and multiple blowers. The house sounded like a factory and I suspect my 200 amp electrical service was near capacity. <br /> In the next two days, they removed the attic floor and insulation, opened moist areas of drywall, and continued adding and moving blowers. By the third morning after the mess, the hardwood floors were down to 9% humidity and most of the cupping resolved. a light sanding and refinishing will restore it to new condition.
