Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. "Background - We had our traditional fireplace converted to gas. The company we hired to do the work made three 10 by 10 holes in our basement drywall in order to pull the gas line to the fireplace on the floor above. ============================================= King repaired the three holes, and the work was beautifully done! What impressed me most about Oscar, King's CEO, is that he was willing to come to our house to explain the work that needed to be done and provide an estimate. Three other companies provided quotes but over the phone or text and not in person. It is a good thing he did come out!! He discovered that one of the patches required special handling. 1 inch drywall screws for this patch could not be used because the 1 inchers would puncture duct work. In addition to the drywall work, Oscar provided some good suggestions about maintenance items we may want to consider in the future. We will definitely use King again!"

"Ruben and his team were absolutely amazing. They repaired the toilet, replaced the hardwood floor with ceramic tile, repaired the sub-floor and the drywall ceiling in the basement bathroom. All of the work was expertly done. They explained the cost up-front and were honest and polite in all my dealings with them.
