"Excellent! Another roofing contractor gave me an estimate of $1750 for what appeared to be cosmetic improvements while not addressing the area of the leak (I don't believe leaks go sideways!). John Deaville took five minutes to find the leak and it's cause, a few minutes to make the minor repair, and did not charge me. When I asked him about the need for a roof replacement, he assured me that there was still plenty of life in my current roof, that it was in excellent shape.
