He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. "Excellent. My neighbor had used Troy Fitch (Cornerstone) for his roof and HIGHLY recommended him. I contracted with him to replace my roof, clean the gutters (and make some small repairs), power wash my house and refinish my deck. EVERYTHING was done extremely well and in a prompt time frame. His employees were great, and the communication between the owner (Troy) and the homeowner (me!) went very well.

I was definitely impressed with their professionalism and quality, and their prices were very competitive (not the lowest, but competitive - WELL worth it!) I would DEFINITELY hire them again (and will, to powerwash my house every year and restain the deck every few years).

"Reading such positive Angieslist reviews, I was expecting more!
I was surprised to find dust and dirt in crevices that a good vacuum job could have cleaned- Especially since other reviews specifically say that their car was clean, down to the crevices. I will mention that stains on the fabric seats were still visible (although I do understand that some stains may be impossible to totally remove). Also, if the exterior wash was done, it was not done well- There was still even bird droppings left on the windows!
The price would have been great if the quality of the work would have been better. I do not think I will use again or recommend this service provider.

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
