"I contacted Dale's and requested a quote for replacement of my home's HVAC unit. Within a few days Chris Coleman came to my house to provide a quote. Chris was very thorough and professional. He asked for specifics about my house then went into the crawl space to check and measure ductwork. He also checked my HVAC filter and return duct. He used a gee-whiz app on his tablet to show me the return air duct was not large enough for my house. Chris quoted a price for replacement of the unit and return duct and asked if I had any other questions. He was not pushy or put out when I said I intended to get a quote from a competitor.
