"If you live in northeastern Ohio, you know about the clay-based soil and the standing water problems. One section of my driveway was collapsing due to a non-functioning drain. I could not afford to replace my entire driveway and drainage pipe. "I paid the $50.00 and I was supposed to get a "free" estimate and then get $300.00 worth of repairs. They gave me an estimate ($5,000)...wanted to dig 30 feet along the outside of the wall where the water was coming in.  The place where it leaks is only a 4 feet wide section - where the window well is located.
I emailed them to ask questions and they never answered the email.
So, I got nothing for my $50.00 except a "free" estimate.
