From the many photos they took of the roof, we can see that they did several maintenance repairs, including caulking, re-nailing, etc. They discussed with us the condition of our roof, explained what they found and the maintenance/repairs they had performed. They also discussed with us new roof options when it is time to replace the roof. "I have been placing calls and submitting application profiles for services to get a roofer to come out to my home and replace several shingles that were blown off the roof due to the recent high winds in Wash. DC. The companies I called were busy with other jobs and I wouldn't get services for up to 3 weeks. Then I read the reviews for this company on March 7 and liked the reviews and submitted the services needed. The next morning I got a call from Moses to schedule an appointment on March 14, however, I wanted the job to be done before March 14, due to the light snow/rain that was expected in the DC area. Then surprisingly on March 12 when I was at work, Moses called and informed me that he was at my house to start the work on the roof. I was so happy to hear his team were able to come out two days in advance of the scheduled date. Moses and his team assessed the issue and kept me informed of the work performed. Moses and his team did an excellent job on the roof and the extras done outside of the house was much appreciated; which Moses did not charge me for. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. Definitely adds to the energy efficiency of the home Would strongly recommend the company for the quality of the work they provide, and the timeliness of the service."
