He turned my bathroom from a disaster into a beautiful space. He was extremely professional, cleaned up each day, and his rate was beyond reasonable in comparison to other contractors interviewed. He did not try to nickel and dime me and would not take final payment until we looked at the final result of the fantastic transformation together looking over each detail. He replaced sub flooring and installed porcelain tile through, replaced damaged drywall, removed popcorn ceiling to a smooth surface, replaced vanity and vanity fixtures, installed new light fixtures, painted entire room and even hung my new towel rack He completed this in one week as promised. I already have talked to John about future projects I'm planning in the spring. I consider John my go to contractor for any jobs big or small in the future. There is no need to look any further."
