I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. Very happy with their work and with the two that came to inspect and resolve my issue. A week later and no issues or noises."

"This project has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! TERRIBLE. Poor customer service and communication. I ordered a fence in February 2026 and it is now May 2026 with no fence. I have spoken to four different people and no one can tell me where my order is (fence) and when it is going to be installed. I keep getting the run around and the man sales guy who TOOK MY MONEY, voicemail box is full and I can not leave a message. I am told someone will call me back and they never do. It got to the point where I thought I was getting scammed. My sales guy never told me that ordering a colored fence was going to take longer because it needed to be special ordered. I have spoken to three so called staff members: Paige, Peggie Sue and Lesley (?). Well, hell I don't even know because no one introduces themselves when they answer the phone!!! I threatened them stating that if something does not return my phone calls soon and have an installation date that I wanted a refund. They didn't care"
