After examining the roof, Dave advised that our roof had minimal damage and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to come out and evaluate the roof and explain the key indicators he looks for when making such a judgement. Rather than trying to convince us to purchase a new roof, or file a claim for hail damage, Dave provided an honest assessment of the situation. We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company.
