Iâ  m getting ready to get some help restoring my fescue lawn and I wanted to make sure my sprinkler system would support everyoneâ  s work. We ran each station and Donny walked into each zone to study the coverage. This was a cloudy rainy day and he told me what needed to be done in each zone as he got soaked. I had to run some errands about town, when I got back Donny explained everything he had added to improve my coverage. He changed things & added parts that I had never heard of. "Josh came out and gave me an estimate, walked me through the basics (connecting to the main water line, backflow preventer / city permit / inspection needed, zoning for specific areas). Once I chose to go with them, Chuck came out and marked the zones with flags the night before the team came to start the work. They arrived early, right when they said, and got right at it. They completed pretty much all of the major work in a day (all the zones and controller set up), leaving only the main run from the water pipe to the backflow preventer uncovered for the city to inspect. The workers did an excellent job of cleaning up after doing the work, and while there are scars in the yard where they did the trenching for the pipes, they're not particularly large, and should fill back in quickly. The next day, after inspection was complete, they finished filling in the remaining trenches. And the following day, Chuck came out to verify that the work was satisfactory, which it was. After setting up the controller (wifi), and running the system for a bit, I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was leaking slightly, called Josh and he came out to take a look. Turns out it was just a loose bleeder valve, and while he was there, he adjusted one head that was really only watering the garden bed edging and got that pointed in the right direction. Both Chuck and Josh were great to work with, I would be happy to work with them again, if needed."

"my old valve lost its handle to turn on or off. I wanted that valve replaced and wanted a bleed valve so when off, down stream water would drain out. did not use that method but installed different type of bleed arrangement. Filled the hole before checking system. Found no pressure on sprinkler system. In fiddling with the old valve, it got turned off. Lot of extra time spent on the job."

"He did a thorough check of outlets, switches, lights, wiring, etc. He communicated with me, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. He also found that grounding on many of the plugs had been disconnected - leaving the house in danger of an electrical fire. He grounded each and every plug and switch and rewired electrical where it was damaged. I would trust Dave any day of the week with any property past, present or future!"

I thought I had poison ivy and/or poison oak on my back fence so I was looking to hire someone to remove it. However, when Erin arrived at my house, she looked at my fence and told me that I did NOT have poison ivy nor poison oak, so the removal was unnecessary.
