"These two guys called ahead to alert me they were 20 mins out, showed up on time, and were super clean - took off their shoes and laid down protective coverings on my hardwood floors. They did a thorough inspection outside and in and allowed me to watch their live camera inspection so there would be no surprises later, i.e. photo-shopped pics of my debilitated chimney. These guys couldn't have been more professional, friendly or knowledgeable - they gave me options for the future and capped off my chimney with a steel cap so that no rain or chimney swifts or other small animals come inside while I'm waiting to begin the work. I need a new steel liner and I knew this needed to be completed so there were no surprises. My housing inspector (not a great one) had recommended Jack Pixley for the job. Turns out Jack Pixley has been dead for over 4 years and his one-time great company is doing shoddy work. His son now runs 2nd Generation chimney. No Pixley's own or work for Jack Pixley. So if someone recommends Jack Pixley, go with a real Pixley and call 2nd Generation Chimney. These two did not sugar-coat what I was looking at spending should I rebuild the chimney. They gave me alternatives for inserts that are way cheaper than repairing the original structure, gave me the pros and cons of both jobs, and did NOT try to sell me ANYTHING. As a new homeowner, whom everyone and their uncle is attempting to sell something to, I appreciate this approach. They are also CSIA certified and that bears weight with me - I value my home enough to go the extra mile in ensuring it is protected by having specialists perform the work. I will definitely go with them when the time comes. I trust them and that is often worth $$$ to me. <br />"

"The footprint of the roof, including the overhang is about 2200 ft ^2. There was a window well cover damaged during the roof removal process. This was underneath the drop tarp placed around the entire house and garage. Someone may have walked on it without realizing it was there. This was old and I am planning on replacing it. The contractor provided the plywood at no cost to me and he did leave some OSI caulk with me in case I find anything that needs to be patched. I have not found anything as of now. The remote irrigation system water sensor attached to the old gutter disappeared. The contractor did order a new one and will personally install it. <br /> The roof replacement was completed in one day. The rest of the job took a little longer. The project did fall behind by one day  day because of rain. <br /> A final inspection was conducted by both myself and the contractor. Aside from the little things that occured (I'm patient,) I found <br /> that one of the 3 exterior doors needs to have trim placed on the jam. The contractor will install this when the senor arrives. The cleanup job was well done; The crew even ran magnets over the grass and driveway to pickup any nails. I was even able to place of the trash from what I removed around the house - including old roof shingles inside of the garage - inside of the dumpster. <br /> All in all, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I do trust that Everlasting Exteriors will stand behind their craftsmanship and will fix anything that I may find wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Everlasting as a roofing contractor. <br />"

"They came out 3 times to install the fireplace in stages: 1) roughed in the fireplace, cut hole for venting and installed venting, 2) started up fireplace with the final gas line hookup after framing was completed and fire blocks were in place and before drywalling, 3) installed the face of the fireplace after the drywall was hung and painted. <br /> Dale, the installer, was very professional. He walked me through the remote control explaining all of the options as well as a few controls that are accessible under the fireplace. He also explained the care and maintenance of the fireplace. Overall, it was a great experience. <br /> They did come out a 4th time in between the 1st and 2nd stages that I mentioned above. The inspector wanted additional fire blocking around the vent. They installed that without a hassle. The inspection then passed. <br /> Great job all around. <br />"

"Excellent. Prompt, honest, reliable. This company was recommended by a contractor who uses them as a sub on projects. When my parents purchased a home during the pandemic there were several minor and major plumbing problems found on inspection. Gene at Piperight got there quick and took care of it all and they work great. Also came in for simple jobs like getting some spray foam in a frozen kitchen sink cabinet that bad winter of 2020. Gene is very responsive and recently came in quickly to change out the kitchen sink faucet and inspect our water heater. A different water heater service company claimed that the chimney was blocked and sent me to a chimney flue cleaning company. Instead, Gene got up on the roof, put a tape measure all the way down and looked in there. No blockage. Since then a chimney sweep camera inspection confirmed the same conclusion.
