"Daniel came on time and spent a while inspecting my roof. He did not find any storm damage but he did find that the previous installers had not placed the vent flashing s under the singles so it was possible to leak eventually although the roof pitch was extremely steep. He repaired both vents by sealing around them and fastening them in place. This way they will never leak. I had called him after another company said I needed a new roof due to damage. My insurance sent out an adjuster and said it should last another 20 years and there was no storm damage. Daniel was right and honest. I plan on calling him again in the spring to install circulation vents in the roof as the attic gets very hot in the summer. <br />"

"Overall it went well. D-Dry had a good price, the consultant for B-Dry was very knowledgable, punctual, and professional. He was also a licensed electrician. The team who did the work was the same - punctual, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job with the french drain and pump. However the drain pipe exit route was straight across the ceiling instead of following all other lines ducts and pipes. It looks very out of place. Also the water exit pipe was too close to the house installed too close to the house. In addition they had no idea that the consultant said he would wire a new outlet for the pump. The consultant came back the next day to do the work. Again the routing (due to the lack of wire he had with him) for the outlet made a straight line to the fuse box cutting across all other electrical lines. It looked bad and I re-did all of his work. Overall I am satisfied with B-Dry and its hard working employees and would hire them again if I had a need. I would try to keep a closer eye on the work details though."

"They are actually a national firm.  I spent between $8000 and $10000.  They did the complete tear down and reshingle in one day.  They had 10 guys working here.  They worked hard.  They did it quickly.  There wasn't any inconvenience at all.  They got up there and did the work.  I don't know anybody else who does it in one day with the size of the roof that we have.  We've got a 4000 sqft house.  I was happy."
