"Bob went straight to the point and had a pricing structure that made sense to me and was clear. 1 other contractor would bill me per worker per day plus materials and could not tell me how long it would take making it impossible for me to know what the project would cost me. Another would bill me a lump sum with no breakdown so no clarity on what I would be paying for. A cost per installed slate was right in between and transparent. Bob and team arrived on time, completed the work promptly, shared pictures of the damaged slate tiles to be replaced, installed new rubber boots around all pipes, and cleaned up the work area. It rained shortly after and there were no more leaks if the attic area where I spotted them before. So far, so good and only have good things to say. Should there be new developments regarding this project, I will make sure to update those review. As of now, I would recommend Bob and his team for this type of project."

"RMD showed up Thursday morning , had my whole porch roof that was in bad shape, all torn off by noon, and by 4pm that day the new roof was finished , everything put back in place, yard all spotless and cleaned up and they were done. "We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. Since then, and over the past several years, we've contracted with Mike and Suburban Construction for many projects and have always been completely satisfied and happy with the results - from completely re-siding our house with new vinyl siding, renewing our front porch with composite flooring, adding stonework trim along the bottom of front, side and back of the house, re-siding and re-shingling roofs of two sheds, installing replacement windows in kitchen and living room...probably others I'm not recalling. His crews are top notch - professional and highly skilled, personable, polite and respectful, and always go above and beyond with work, suggestions and advice. And not for nothing....they are as respectful as men wearing large work boots can be of your surrounding landscaping and flowers....construction "collateral damage" is minimal! During this past summer's latest project, one of the guys even helped me relocate my porch wreath, that held a robin's nest, to a quieter spot before the bow window was replaced!! (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you.
