And not for nothing....they are as respectful as men wearing large work boots can be of your surrounding landscaping and flowers....construction "collateral damage" is minimal! During this past summer's latest project, one of the guys even helped me relocate my porch wreath, that held a robin's nest, to a quieter spot before the bow window was replaced!! (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. We highly recommend Suburban Construction for any project you need done, and not only would hire them again...we wouldn't look anywhere else! "These guys were great. We had a leak after a heavy rain storm. Antonio came out, documented and explained the problems he saw up there. He gave us options ranging from fixing the flashing problem that's causing the leak, to replacing the entire roof. We opted to replace the whole thing. These guys did it all: roo, flashing, some siding work, and skylights for a competitive price. They even drove out of state to get a specialty skylight I had requested. Its availability was limited due to the covid-19 pandemic. And rather than make me wait or tell me it cannot be done Antonio made it happen. We couldn't be happier with our new roof"

He suggested some repitching of the gutters, a few leak repairs and the installation of shur Flo gutter guards.
