"Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's. Twice the work for less than half the original estimate and the work was honest and superior. I could not wait to write this review! It is so rare especially as a woman, to find honest contractors. I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing. There's a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing a company comes with good marks. "Leo was came on time and worked with little disruption.  He came prepared with everything he needed and started work promptly. Leo was thorough and he cleaned up all of his mess before leaving.  I have worked with him many times and his work ethic and professionalism are consistent.  He provided me with a proposal before every job and the invoice always matched the proposal.  If Leo found something in addition to the proposal that would increase the price of the job, he disclosed it before he got to far along into the job.  He is truly a "Master Plumber."

"Yes I will. Two things though. The shutters needed a good cleaning before they were primed and painted. I got out a hose so they could clean them. They didn’t use it. So they painted without cleaning them. They also showed up with just some narrow masking tape to mask off the brick and siding of the house to keep paint off of the house. They also said they would get it all done in (2) hours and they were there (4) and wanted more money for the job. I ask for an estimate to paint a white wall blue and they wanted $450 when all of my estimates were $200 dollars less"

"We paid a lot bu they were amazing, just outstanding. We had one small problem and they were back immediately and fixed, and they came out again actually to make sure it was good. We were gone and they waited for us to get home to looked at it and check it. It was pricy. You can get back to the and you can find them. We thought it was worth it."
