"Our main breaker kept flipping. We called the electric company for assistance and they determined we needed an electrician. One day half the power in the house wouldn't turn back on. In need of a quick response, we contacted Mike and within 45 minutes he dispatched help to us. Upon their evaluation it was determined that it really was an issue for the electric company to fix. Because the experts were able to give us the exact information to provide to the power company, our issue was fixed within a couple hours. Mike and his crew were very professional, fair and attentive to our needs. One always worries whether they can trust who they hire. I am convinced that Twin City is reputable and worth the phone call. I hope we never have a problem again, but if we do [or when we do remodeling], Mike will be called."

"Our sump pump alarm went off after 10 PM and we needed a plumber to fix the problem. Our sump can not be down for hours or the basement will flood. We called a number of 24 hour plumbers and none would come. Western New York Rooter and plumber came right away and fixed our sump pump. Andrew was responsive and helpful.. We recommend this company in the strongest way."
