"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. "Unfortunately all too often these days contractors say they guarantee their work, but they really don't.  Not Springfield Roofing and Siding.  We had Mike Bennett.  Last October we had a roof leak and had several companies come out to give us estimates.  Only a couple were honest and really went up to inspect the roof and give us their assessment.  Most of the other companies immediately said "new roof!"  But Mike took the time to explain the issue and suggest a repair.  And he and his team did it.  Well fast forward to July and we had some bad storms and some high wind that effected the roof, and we ended up with another leak.  Called Mike out to take a look, he saw that the storms did some damage to an area close by the original leak and went up and fixed it and also addressed some shingles around our chimney.  Did it that day, got it all done.  And here's the kicker - NO CHARGE!  Just fixed up and said we were all set.  We know one day our roof will need to be replaced (its well over 20 years old) and the first person we will call is Mike Bennett - because he's honest, reliable, does good work and he keeps his word!  <br />"

"Joe our service person responded to our request and came out to inspect our roof early the next morning. He explaned what our current problems are and also what we can expect in the future. He did not try to sell us on a new roof. He only suggested the repairs to the areas where we are currently getting a leak and to other areas that are about to start leaking.
