"Brian with Roger The Roofer got in touch with me on the 24th. We texted back and forth about what was going on. He came out looked at the roof then sent me pictures of the damage gave me an estimate. He gave me a couple different options on how to get the damage fixed. I decided I would just go with Brian. He found out my original shingles were discontinued so I told him I don't care what color they are. So that was on Saturday the 25. On Monday the 27th he came out in the afternoon fixed my roof and was still there when I got home so I could pay him. He was GREAT. If I ever need any more roofing done, I will go back to Roger the Roofer. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me. The quote he gave me is the price I paid. "Lon Smith Roofing removed old roof and replaced 36 squares of CerTainTeed Class 4 shingle. The seller Robbie H. was excellent and provided several different options and other advice. In fact the advice was so valuable, I did not even consider other roofing companies. When you receive really good advice, you know it is the right option. The crew stripped the roof and replaced it in one day. They came back the next morning to cleanup and did a really nice job. The roof looks great, and the color option suggested was the right choice. The inspector Keith came back later and reviewed everything with me to make sure everything was done correctly. This roofing company knows what they are doing, and I would use them again without question."

"T Rock is excellent. It is very responsive to calls and Doyle is very nice, professional, and most of all, very honest! It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. I called 3 companies before T Rock Roofing and no one answered. I was so worried and frustrated and decided to try one more. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. Doyle checked the roof and told us that it was damaged by hail and needs to be replaced. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn't replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn't push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can't belive it when he told me that he won't charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can't help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing."

Crew tore off and replaced shingles; installed drip edge and pipe jacks (painting them to match shingles); laid tarps to catch stray nails and debris and used a "nail rake" to get any nails that may have missed the tarps.
