Even as our work transforms the way we approach "conventional" projects, we remain rooted in the craft-based remodeling and new building that we started with 31 years ago. Precision Construction Services was started in the summer of '95 by the owner, Jim Pellock. Working out of his truck, the business grew through his unwavering commitment to his customers. This commitment to customer satisfaction has allowed Precision to grow year, after year, into one of the largest home improvement companies in central Missouri. For over 20 years Precision Construction Services has stayed true to its mission of creating an experience for the customers that will be "Remarkable". Everyone at Precision shares this philosophy and is dedicated to making your home improvement a success.
"I was very disappointed in the work they did on our house. They are a reputable company who I used several years ago for a new roof and they did a great job. But things must be changing, because the crew they sent to do the siding project was awful. It sucks to be the homeowner who has to vet crews that the company newly subcontracts. I'm upset that the project manager wasn't around more often to catch the shoddy work they were doing. Precision, to their credit, did agree to redo all the window wraps and some of the sloppy siding work. The company offered no apology or offered no pricing adjustment. If you go with this company, get information on the experience of the crew they are sending to your home."
