He gave a good recommendation and encouraged me not to seal it off because then it would never be usable. Instead, he placed a piece of think insulation on the inside ledge to hold me over until I could get a fireplace door to keep the hot air blocked off. He was honest and could've found ways to gouge me, but he didn't. I highly recommend Steve of Steve's Sweep. He is honest, dependable, punctual, knowledgeable and reasonably priced."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

Called repeatedly for POOR WORKMANSHIP to be fixed but got no successful work! All this company does is run to people in need at the time of need!"
