Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "My house was in desperate need of cleaning(4 bedroom, 3.5 bath). My inquiry to the service for a quote was answered very quickly, and they came out for the estimate the next day I was available. On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. I was delighted and decided to use them monthly, I hope it is the same crew every time. (English is not their primary language, you will need to listen carefully and speak clearly.)"
