He did not try to hard sell us. Our insurance was inclined to deny our claim because it looked like some of the damage was intentional from the previous owner, but Mr. O Brien persevered, and our claim was approved. Our roof went on as scheduled. Putting on a new roof is a messy job and we were very pleased with the measures that were taken to contain the debris as much as possible and with clean-up afterward.
