"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"We started having issues with our hot water heater several months ago and eventually it started to leak. Luckily we had a pan under the hot water heater but knew it was time to replace it. We had always wanted to try a tankless heater so we searched Angie's List for a local plumber with experience installing tankless heaters. Al from Al's Plumbing LLC came out on the time we had agreed upon and discussed size options. He emailed a quote the same day. We scheduled the replacement and his crew showed up on time. His crew was very courteous and friendly. They stayed late (almost 11:00 pm) until it was completely installed the same day. The installation was very well done and professional. The new heater worked great but a few days later the drain backed up and flooded the area. My wife called Al and he arrived with blowers and vacuums to cleanup the water. It turned out this was the first of a new model of tankless heaters and the manufacturer had incorrectly specified how to connect the drain in conjunction with the water softener. Al's team promptly corrected the problem and left the blowers overnight to dry everything up. Al arranged a drywall company to come several days later and repair the sheetrock and texture. It looks as good as or better than before!"
