I called him for eliminating palmetto bugs in our home but he also treated the outside of our home for spiders, bees, wasps, and mud daubers (something I didn't even know about). He was very thorough and treated both inside and outside of our home, including the garage. This was the first time I've ever needed pest control and didn't bother calling other pest control services since I thought his price was very reasonable. The treatment was immediate for eliminating the palmetto bugs and long lasting. He was also readily available when I called him afterwards with questions. He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated.
