"Very well. Workman used ladder to access gutters, cleaned them, tested downspouts with water, hammered in loose nails, did a minor realignment, indicated where a downspout needed replacement, and cleaned up debris. Phone rep was also very personable and helpful. Will hire them in the future."

"The guys were very respectful and patient with me. I had to run to the bank to get cash and my elderly neighbor asked me to take her to the eye doctor, which took me a little longer than I expected it to. But I got home just in time for them to be loading their ladders back onto their truck. The only problem I see is I probably should have waited a little longer for most of the leaves to have fallen. But since I need to get a new downspout I will have them clean my gutters again when they come out to the downspout.
