When he came for the initial consultation he walked me through his process, showed me exactly what he was going to do and actually cleaned up and improved some of the details that the carpenters were not attentive to. "Fernando did a great job removing the wallpaper that we had on just one wall and then painted it eggshell. I would definitely hire Fernando again when we have another project. He was so professional and very nice. If you need any painting or wallpaper removal , Fernando is the best. Here are three photos ..The wallpaper on one wall which he removed and then the final wall was completely finished with eggshell paint with primer. I love it❤️.. "Juan Urbina did a horrid job on my fireplace surround first with inability to paint around the mantel and when that was apparent added inappropriate caulking which made the situation even worse. He kept trying different approaches, none of which worked. He seemed to be in over his head in a simple paint job. Told me that he was not licensed but that he and his cousins all worked under an uncles license! He has been unresponsive, unprofessional as well as inept. Beware that he could make a simple project worse rather than better"
