"The work was completed in the time frame he said it would be, of coarse weather permitting. The roof shingles were above standard Class4 Owens Corning, the other companies wouldn't tell me what grade they would install. The paint job included a base coat of  Kilz then 2 coats on top, the 2nd coat is a different color from the final house color, so you can see they are actually applying several coats.

"They inspected the roof and provided an estimate of $1400 for repairing the issues that they had found.  I signed off on the estimate and had the work done, but the leak persisted and caused more damage.  Additionally, the owner seemed put off and slow to respond when I called about the problem.  It was only when I faxed them a document showing that they guaranteed their work that the company sent someone back out to correct the issue."
