He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. He completed the work neatly and professionally, and the water heater was restored to full function."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."
