I Contacted Mike and he came out to my property to see the job site and discuss what I wanted (a large circular pad to accommodate a heavy water storage tank.. He provided his thoughts on the project and then an estimate to get the job done. Based upon my friends review and what I saw in other reviews, I accepted Mike's estimate and hired him to do the job. He gave me a date and time that the 2-day job would begin. He arrived on-time as did his workers. Mike did some necessary tractor work clearing and leveling the area, his crew set about making forms and creating rebar framework. The following day Mike and his team arrived promptly and began the pour and then finishing work. Dan spent nearly two hours with us, patiently and thoroughly answering all of our questions, providing direct and honest advice, and ultimately helping us decide on our best course of action. He and his experienced team of subcontractors replaced all of our windows and sliding doors, replaced our wood siding with new stucco (including new building paper and plywood sheathing), installed new insulation and drywall, and handled all of the interior painting.
