"Mendez and team did a phenomenal job removing the different outdated flooring and installing LVP flooring that I had purchased. The team did such a great job that when I remove the carpet in the rest of the home, they’ll be the team that I hire to do so. The first photo is what it looked like and the second is the installed LVP flooring"

"Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas.
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors.
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.
I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER!

"I hired custom tile showers and floors to remodel my master bathroom. The services they provided were beyond my expectation. I give these young professional men five stars."

"I would recommend Jeremiah for ANY home project because of the incredible quality work he did on our wooden privacy fence. From simple communication to the completion of the building process, he has been an honest man and does absolutely wonderful (and very timely) work! We received many price estimates and found that his quality and workmanship is unmatched. My husband and I are already in the process of using him for other in-home updates. You can trust him to do a wonderful job with anything you need!"

"They were on time, very nice and polite. They stretched our carpet, great job."

"Fantastic. Mr Dan Parks is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is hands on and does the work himself with his trusted skilled workers. We had a basic 3 foot cube for a shower. He built a complete new 6 foot long double shower with a bench seat. All new floor to ceiling porcelain tile, with rain forest spray. New Granite counter top, back splash and shower bench seat. Beautiful job! Clean, quick, organized and far under bid competitors. Dan Parks is a great guy and a former major and minor league baseball player. He does it all and I won't use anyone else!"

"They did a great job of prepping and painting, I was very pleased with the way they communicated and with the outcome."
