"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

He found that the damage was due to termites.  I consulted Angie's list and found that Bugout was one of the highest rated pest control firms in my area.  I called Bugout and told them about my problem.  Troy came out immediately and inspected the damage while the wall was still open.  He suggested spot treatment of three possible entrance routes and the installation of a Sentricon perimeter system.  I thought his proposal made perfect sense, his price was quite reasonable given what other providers were charging for similar services, and he was extremely responsive in doing the work and taking care of the problem.
Given the previous reviews I expected quality service and a reasonable price.  That is exactly what I received.  I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work and their attention to customer service.

"The Pest Now technician David Curry called that he was running late for our appointment as he was assisting a colleague on another job not far away. I very much appreciated his courtesy call. David was very professional and thoughtful in explaining to me the chemicals that Pest Now uses for insect control. He explained where and why he was spraying. He pointed out a problem area for carpenter bees and suggested a solution. Pest Now offered a quarterly service agreement on Angie's list that we purchased.
