He explained thoroughly the entire process. Brian came to the house the next morning and also explained the process and what to expect. Set several traps. It took a few days to catch the raccoon. Brian was out everyday changing the bait and trying different strategies on catching it. Finally after several days, the raccoon came back and was caught. Brian relocated the raccoon. Left the traps for a few more days just in case there were more. There was not. I can't say enough positive things about Palm Beach Wildlife. The Rat Busters certified Technician did a full 360 point interior and exterior inspection informing me how to wildlife proof my home from intruders such as raccoons, opossums, rats, mice, squirrels, lizards, birds, etc. They sealed all of my roof stacks, vents, awnings and openings to prevent any and all nuisance wildlife from entering my home. Their services also came with a LIFETIME guarantee which trumps all of the local competition. They came back to my house and continued to service me until the problem was nonexistent. The best part about this was that they were on time to all of their seven scheduled appointments!
