There was no access panel to the faucet.  Instead of taking out the sink and cutting a hole on the other side of the wall to access the plumbing like all the other plumbers wanted to do Y2K cut a hole in the tub surround replaced the fixtures and put on a nice chrome plate to match the fixtures.. Completed it in one day.  It was a little pricey but they came right away and it looks nice."

"We had a significant horizontal crack in our basement foundation. Even though I had never heard of Rogers Basement Waterproofing, I was impressed by the number and the ratings of their reviews. The appraiser came over promptly with a full explanation of the work they would be doing. The cost estimate was a lot less than I had anticipated. He returned a few days later when a city engineer visited to approve the work to be done. The work crew was large, and all of the guys were courteous, hard-working, and thorough professionals. They patched the large crack, tore up the perimeter of the floor along three walls to install drainage, installed six I-beams along the wall with the crack, replaced the sump pump, put in new drain lines from two downspouts and the sump pump, painted all interior basement walls, and poured concrete for the basement floor and a section of the sidewalk that had been taken out to install a drain line. All of this was done in a day and a half, which was both faster and for a lower cost than I had expected. I would strongly recommend Rogers Basement Waterproofing to anyone having foundation cracking or water seeping into a basement. They do excellent work."

"I called them up about 9:00am that morning and told him my rental house sink was clogged. "All the above jobs at different schedules were done very well. Tim continues to demonstrate quality job on all my projects. The first time that I encountered Tim was when he installed a new boiler at our rental property. The job was done right; did a clean job in installing; tested all the steam registers in all the apartment units to make sure that they were all working right and tested the boiler to be working right. I was then very impressed with his first job for me. From there on, I asked for him specifically in doing my other projects. This is because I feel that I can trust him to deliver a quality job for me any time. He has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable because he is able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. The checks and maintenance of two additional gas furnaces went very well. The check and maintenance of an AC unit went very well, too. Tim recommended to replace a defective contact sensor. The new sensor makes the AC unit run only based on temperature setting, instead of running all the time, which would then be a waste in energy. THANKS, TIM!"

"Mr. Skaggs suggested using the jet and camera to locate pipe and problem... although a minimal extra fee  money well spent.. pipe and problem not even close to where it was believed to be... this suggestion by him saved me well over 2 grand... <br />  dug up old clay sewer line and replaced it with new pvc .. he also suggested 2 cleanouts for any situation that might come up in future(great idea)  I live in a hilly wooded area with lots of tree's and roots.  Backfilled the dug up section and cleaned up area..  Mr Skaggs was very professional and knowlegable... prompt and on time... price was well below others checked some of that due to his suggestion of using camera...  no others even mentioned this and just wanted to start digging where we thought it might be...
