"Neal arrived on time to examine the site of what we assumed was a roof leak. He went up on the roof and on a few minutes had diagnosed the issue. He took photos on his phone to illustrate what was wrong and what needed to be done. Long story short, the contractor who had built the roof when our addition was built had built a flat part up to the shingles rather than sloping the shingles over the flat part. That person sealed the area well, but 5+ years later, the sealant/tar/whatever was wearing down. <br /> Within 48 hours, I was provided with a quote that was more than reasonable. The job was started and completed the same day, roughly two weeks after initial consultation. <br /> I found Neal to be professional and personable and would not hesitate to call him if I have future roofing issues."
