"On 3/13/19 we woke-up without any heat so I put in a call to Paradise Heating right on the dot of 8:00 and who should answer the phone but John (the owner). He understood my anxiety because there was a big snow storm (and cold temps) about hit all of CO. John scheduled us in right away for a call that morning. The problem turned out to be a quite a tricky one that he was able to figure out ... but ... he was going to have to make a trip downtown to pick up some parts RIGHT AS THE SNOW STORM WAS GATHERING STRENGTH. By the time John got back there was already inches of snow onthe roads and it was getting slick, but, John didn't hesitate about continuing with the repair and it was another hour before he had fixed our furnace and he could head home.
