Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and connected me with the local team who immediately scheduled me for an early Friday morning appointment. I was contacted by the Technician first thing in the morning and he arrived within a half hour. Bailey was polite, professional, knowledgeable and picked up the squirrel and disinfected the area where the squirrel laid to rest. I had a concern about the billing which they immediately resolved. "Aaron addressed my bat, mice, and roof vent issues at a fair price. After assessing my issues, he quoted the option to put the extruder where my bat problem was and/or install the extruder around the whole house to prevent the bats from potentially moving their nesting place. Aaron showed and explained where mice could be entering the house during the cool months and noticed that 4 roof vents did not have covers. Very complete assessment of my concerns.
