Jeremy was there that same day and cut down the rest of the tree which was in danger of collapsing any minute. It was all cleaned up that day and the wood was removed the very next day. "I am very happy with the service. I was given a detailed proposal in one day with a follow up phone call to discuss the findings and answer questions. Even they felt bad about removing a mature tree, but we determined it would be the best and least expensive option. The tree was removed and the site totally cleaned. Then another workman ground down the stump. They offered me the wood chips and I initially agreed to have them leave them. But, when I got home and saw how much remained, I asked them to remove it. "It went perfect, however, the removal process broke one of my sprinkler zones. An hour after they left I started my sprinkler system, and at the zone where the tree was removed, water was gushing out. When I called the Arborscape Company, they said there was a disclaimer (very smallprint 1 font size) on the back that stated they are not responsible for this type of issue. I think they should disclose this during the bid process with a human voice. Perhaps the most silly thing said to me on the phone was that this removal of the tree likely was not the cause of the sprinkler damage. This is common sense, the sprinkler has been operating for 10 years on that zone with no issues, a tree is removed, and water now gushes from where the tree was removed. I'm ok with being given/pointed out on the bid instruction that they aren't responsible, but I was less impressed with the representative on the phone that told me this wasn't likely due to the tree being removed and stump being grinded just 1 hour prior to my call regarding the sprinkler compliant.Made a great, smooth overall process go South quickly."
