We had agreed that he would photograph the the top of the chimney to show me, but he never did or responded to my subsequent requests. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ODD ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS A PHONE CALL I GOT THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP, TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I TOLD THEM I WASN'T AVAILABLE AND SAID IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE AND DID SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY AS SCHEDULED."
