"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

He took care to complete each step carefully, but he worked swiftly. He cleaned up everything before he left, as expected. The work done was top notch. Jose took $3,300 of our money for architecture plans and design that we never received when we asked for our money back he refused and said that 2 meetings with general ideas and no precise details and sketches of the put outside my an architect they contract (after the first one refused to work with them) was the scripture of land. They pretty much stole our money we where willing to give them $1,300 for the ousting sketches that where computer generated and their time but the refuse led to return our money & stop answering our calls"
