"After many delays due to weather they started on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and worked til 6pm. They returned early Saturday morning and completed the tree removal and cleanup by 6pm Saturday. Stump grinding happened on Monday. Given the big job and complicated nature of the project (12 trees), some of the grounds were torn up but again given the size of the job, it was understandable. Clean up could have been better but mostly everything was professionally done. I'd use them again.

I had 2 large oak trees very close to my house that I was afraid would eventually fall on it and needed to come down. Large branches had already fallen a few times in the past and caused some damage. I called around for quotes to a few companies and received fair to mediocre responses and pricing. Many tree companies did not even bother to call me back. Dean with Timberline Expert Tree Service not only called me back, he also came out to my house within a couple of hours, gave me a written estimate and arranged to have a whole crew, chipper and truck out to my house within a few days and all are very knowledgeable about the proper way to trim and remove trees! Once onsite, we again walked the perimeter and tagged the trees that needed to be removed. Lots of safety gear and very good communication between the crew members. Dean himself also came by to make sure I was satisfied at all times with the job and crew. When everything was completed, they did and amazing job cleaning up all debris and I had some wonderful wood chips for my garden as well. Absolute professionals here and they know their trees!! Would definitely recommend Dean and Timberline Expert Tree Service to anyone that needed their services and would definitely use them again!"

"First, I needed an assessment of trees for removal. They could have told me I needed to remove several more trees, but they did not. Then they worked with me on the price a bit. They put me on their schedule as early as possible and then arrived on time, took out the agreed upon (2)trees and then cleaned my property, leaving it better than when they arrived - all within the space of 4 hours! They hauled away debris and all wood when they left, so I did not have tree trunks sitting in my front yard for days. An excellent operation and a family owned business. Tree removal trucks that hauled of the base of the tree, bull dozers, various types of equipment used for trimming trees and large branches, including a grinding machine to remove the tree trunks left in the ground. "Extremely well. The work was done shortly (4 days) after the bid. Ricky and his crew came on time, and over 4 hours did an excellent job. They had to deal in particular with a tricky situation, cutting down and removing a tree that was tilting on the water surface of a lake, in a very tight spot. They did this by carrying by hand the cut tree sections piecemeal to the street -on an uphill slope - and, very commendably, not leaving any debris behind on the lake surface! Everybody was cheerful and courteous, and Ricky explained everything that was being done."
