Jimmy was able to come out to my home quickly. Because we were both out in the same area, he made sure to call me before he left so I could leave work and head home to meet him. He arrived with his son and another helper. All of them were so pleasant, courteous and good natured. They evaluated every option and it was decided I needed a different kind of valve which would allow the water pressure to be full. The icemaker and water dispenser were hardly producing at all and I'd already had an appliance repair person look at the refrigerator. They had to run to the store to get the valve and the whole thing was fixed within 2 hours.
