"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."

"JFK Plumbing owner, performed an evaluation of my existing sump pump issue and recommended it be replaced. I was ready to replace it due to its age. The pump he installed was the best replacement option with equal or better quality than the old one. It was a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for, hopefully. "Steve Norfolk (owner) returned my call quickly, came out to inspect my basement within 24 hours and gave me an estimate that was significantly less then another "national" provider.  He got me on his schedule promptly and his crew came out on time, performed the work, cleaned up after themselves and I have not had a water problem since that time.
