"Mr Rooter called almost immediately and was at my home in less than 1 hour. Mr Rooter's technician Chris identified, cleared, and verified the blockage very quickly. After clearing the blockage, Chris set up a followup visit for the following week to pump out our septic tank and install a clean out fitting. We were very satisfied with all of the work."

"Scot and Josh showed up on time and were very professional. They explained the work that needed to be done, and did it quickly. Very fair price for the work they did. They were well presented and brought in material to clean up after they were done. Really impressive company with a very clear and professional approach to their work. I'd recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing issues."

"They cut a hole in the ceiling and found a leak coming from the roof. Then discovered a drain leak from the upstairs bathroom drain. Repaired the drain. Two trips"

"I had a leak in the main waterline to my building through 170ft of asphalt parking lot. Johnathan was amazing in that he tried without charging me 2 different ways to get the problem resolved a cheaper easier way that sadly was unsuccessful because of all the rock they encountered. They worked on Friday and even all day Saturday so that it didn't interfere with business hours. The job was done quickly and with the best quality at a great price. Would recommend highly to anyone."

"I needed several shut-off valves replaced and my irrigation back flow valve replaced. My quote and explanation was very clear and I got exactly what I expected. Repairs were completed within 1 week of quote. On the day of repair, things were done before I realized. Would absolutely hire again!"

"Found out what the actual issue was with the plumbing"

"“I’m in Taylors, SC and recently had Ogre & Above Plumbing & Electrical replace a leaking, noisy toilet. They were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. The install was quick, clean, and fairly priced. It’s not easy to find a company that does great work and treats customers well—these guys do both. Definitely my go-to from now on. Highly recommend!"

"Great employees! They know what they are doing, show up on time and do exactly what they say they are going to do. Definitely will be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing done."

"We had our sewer back up for the second time since September. The last people before these guys that came out put a snake in and cleared the clog, but did nothing else. These folks came out, knew exactly what was wrong and offered financing so we could get it done without delay. They had it started and finished the very next day."

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with them! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and clear communication. They showed up exactly when they said they would, explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The quality of their work was outstanding. you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. They were respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. On top of that, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service across the board, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services! For context, we did a full home re-pipe that entailed installing all new plumbing throughout the house. It was no small job"
