"Muddy water plumbing did a fantastic job, professional, friendly and reasonable."

"I can’t say enough good things about this company! I called about my water heater and they showed up the same day, within just a few hours. Rile took a look at it, and for some reason it just started working again. The best part? They refused to charge me anything. You don’t find that kind of honesty every day. Amazing customer service, and they’ll definitely be my go-to for anything plumbing related from now on. Thank you so much, Rile. You’re the best!"

"He was here for most of the day. Everything that he did do he showed us what was goung on."

"Wonderful experience from the start. They answered on a weekend for a non emergency and were still out the very next morning. They came in diagnosed, and fixed and were in and out. So polite and knowledgeable. Great experience. We had a large OKC AC company that we’ve purchased units from in the past come out and want to do all this extra and quote through the roof. NexGen came out and provided THE solution!"

"Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."

"Couldn't have gone better. Thanna did a fantastic job of preparing the tile and tub for her finishes and a super job of applying the finishes. The tile was done in a gray color with nice subtle flecks in it and the tub was done in white. The results are beautiful. I have had a home builder in the house who was very impressed with the beauty and the quality of her work and plan to hire Thanna to refinish his tile."

"We could not have been more pleased or more grateful for the prompt, friendly and thorough job which Lance performed for us! We heartily and enthusiastically encourage others to to use him for any plumbing needs!!"

"Great. They were very fast and punctual. Fixed the problem quickly. Very fair price to replace a AC compaciator for $170 and they checked/cleaned the system as well. I would recommend anyone in the Newalla area to use this company."
