"It went great! My house had an old split-rail fence that was starting to rot; sections were starting to fall over and it was beyond repair. I sent an e-mail to Doug at FBD Fence to get a replacement estimate, and he immediately replied and scheduled a time to swing by. After walking the perimeter and making some recommendations on gate placement and maintenance tips, Doug provided an estimate on the spot. He was very friendly and low pressure, encouraging me to get estimates from other companies so I could compare. Later that evening, another crew showed up to haul away the old fence materials. In one day, I went from having a crumbling fence to a brand new, beautiful fence with no hassle or headache. "I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. The team who worked on the deck, led by Rudy, were professional, always polite, hard working, always cleaned up and they did a fantastic job. FYI - I had contacted 4 other companies (that I found on my own) and only one of them called me back and came out to look at the job. Then a week later he gave me a ball-park estimate (nothing in writing). His price was about the same as Prime Construction). So, I knew Prime’s price was on target. But, I went with Prime as I had constant and timely communication, a written estimate, and I felt that Agustin always had our best interests."
