He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Roof itself appears to be done well, but nails and other debris not well cleaned up around yard. Worse, I now have a leak in my living room. After several calls the salesman finally came out and said it is my gutters. It is not. Later, someone else came out and said the issue is the chimney flashing (which they installed as part of the new roof). He said someone would come out to repair. Someone else came out, but he did not repair it, saying it is a problem with my chimney. He took pictures. I have asked for the pictures to show a chimney company, but still have not received them. Why would Rapid Roof install flashing around a chimney that needed repair? Not good. Look elsewhere if you want better a company that stands by their work better than this."
