"I called on Wednesday afternoon after another plumbing company did not arrive as expected. I was asked if I needed immediate service and told them that it wasn't that urgent. Two plumbers arrived Thursday morning and were very friendly and polite. They immediately knew what they needed to do and had my drain unclogged in no time. They then located the main house clean out that the previous plumbing company couldn't locate. They advised me on steps to care for my drains and checked to be absolutely sure that the clog was gone before leaving. I will definitely use this company again. <br />"

"We called Robert Plumbing to remove the above mentioned items so we could have our floors redone.   They quickly removed the items and when called, set up a time to replace the items.  They did a great job (even gave me a 5% discount).  However, when they reinstalled the sink and toilet, I got charged $60 more than when they took 5 items out.   <br /> I was told that it always costs more to install as they have to use silicone for the sink and put a new ring in for the toilet.  Sounded right to me but was still unsure as to the huge increase. <br /> After I paid by check and they left, I took a closer look at the bill and noticed they charged me 1.5 hours for the installation when they were there less than 45 minutes!.   <br /> I called the office and spoke to Joe who said that wasn't right and had the front office correct it.  I was then charged for only an hours' work (they don't charge for any less) and was told they would shred the check I gave them and to send them a new one. <br /> Would I recommend them?  You bet as the office knows how to treat customers and their workers did a great job. <br />"
