"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. They were respectful of the property and did a great setup of protecting the vegetation prior to starting the removal of the old roof. Joe came during the day to check on the progress. After the roof was replaced he walked the roof looking to make sure that everything was done properly. He then sent a short video of the roof from the roof top.
