"All work was done and looks great. Michael and team were able to cut out the old heaved garage floor, create a new base, re-pour and add controlled cuts to alleviate future uncontrolled cracking. The crumbling front porch was taken out, and a new porch and poured steps were installed. When the team found that the foundation did not need to be redone a reduction in the quoted price was given. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.
